Al Tawil Accounting & Auditing respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and which third-party tools the site relies on. As a licensed accounting and audit firm, the confidentiality of client information is fundamental to our profession.
Through the contact form, we collect only what you choose to send: your name, email address, and message, and optionally your company and phone number. The site also uses website analytics — Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics, and PostHog — which collect usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) to help us understand how the site is used. This website runs no advertising trackers.
We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you request, and analytics data only in aggregate to understand site usage. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Financial and personal information entrusted to us in the course of our work is treated with strict professional confidentiality, in line with the standards that govern certified accountants and auditors in Lebanon.
Google Analytics and PostHog set analytics cookies (_ga, ph_ and similar) on the public site to distinguish visits; we set no advertising cookies. When you sign in to the secure client or staff portal, an essential session cookie keeps you logged in. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Google Analytics (usage statistics, sets the analytics cookies above); Vercel (website hosting and its own cookie-free analytics); PostHog (website analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings on the public marketing pages only — anything you type into a form is masked in recordings, and it never runs inside the secure client or staff portal); Resend (delivers your contact-form message to us by email and processes it only for that purpose); the automated assistant (chatbot) on this site — questions you type to it are processed by Anthropic, the provider of its AI model, to generate a reply, and the assistant has no access to client-portal data, so please do not enter sensitive personal details; and Google Maps, embedded on the contact page — loading the map shares your IP address with Google.
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our normal business and professional records, after which they are deleted or archived in line with applicable requirements.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser, and you can always reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp instead of the form or the assistant. You may also contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion, subject to our legal and professional record-keeping obligations.
