Employee registration, monthly contributions, salary declarations, and end-of-service — handled with the National Social Security Fund.
The NSSF file follows an employer throughout the life of the business, whatever the company's legal form. From our Beirut office, we manage your employer file with the National Social Security Fund, from first registration through end-of-service indemnity, acting as your intermediary with the Fund in Arabic and English. The firm has served individuals and companies across Lebanon since 2005.
We manage the full NSSF cycle for your business: registering the company and its employees, preparing and filing the monthly contributions, organising salary declarations and the annual declaration, calculating end-of-service indemnity, and removing employees from the file when they leave. We also handle day-to-day follow-up with the Fund's departments and respond to its queries.
For businesses that employ staff in Lebanon, whatever their legal form, we handle registration with the National Social Security Fund and the contributions due for their employees. The employee pays 3% for sickness and maternity, and the employer pays 22.5% on the employee's behalf, spread across three branches: sickness and maternity, family allowances, and end-of-service. These contributions are computed according to the contributory-wage ceiling set for each branch by the Fund. We prepare the related salary declarations, and follow up queries or discrepancies with the Fund's departments on your behalf. For an NSSF clearance: we prepare the application in the authorised partner's name, submit it and follow it up with the Fund — the Fund is the authority that issues it. This is done in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 24/82, its amendments and implementing regulations.
You receive an organised, documented NSSF file: copies of the declarations filed, a record of contributions paid, and the Fund's correspondence. Salary information is handled in confidence, in line with the professional standards governing LACPA-licensed accountants. Existing clients follow everything through the client portal — documents, requests, and deadlines in one place. To begin, contact the office on WhatsApp or through the contact page; we are in Wata El Msaytbeh, Beirut, open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00, and Saturday, 8:00 to 14:00.

A foreign employee's non-entitlement to NSSF benefits does not exempt the employer from contributions — they remain due for the sickness and maternity and the family allowances branches.
