What the service covers

Each engagement begins with a defined scope and purpose: an independent audit that concludes in a professional opinion on the financial statements; an internal audit that examines your procedures and internal controls; a compilation report that presents the financial statements without an audit opinion; or agreed-upon procedures confined to the specific matters you request. In every case the work is documented and the results are set out in a written report.

Compliance in the Lebanese context

The office has served companies of every legal form, as well as individuals, across Lebanon since 2005. It is led by a Certified Public Accountant (LACPA) – Sworn Expert before the Courts, a member of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants, and audited financial statements include the balance sheet within the full set of financial statements. The office also undertakes statutory auditor mandates for SAL joint-stock companies. As an audit firm in Beirut (Wata El Msaytbeh), we can act as your intermediary with the Ministry of Finance, the NSSF (National Social Security Fund) and the Commercial Registry, and we treat your information as confidential under the professional standards that govern LACPA-licensed accountants.

What you receive and how to start

Each engagement closes with a written deliverable in plain terms: the audit opinion on the financial statements, the internal audit report and its observations, the compilation report, or a statement of findings under the agreed-upon procedures — in Arabic or English, as you prefer.
