Monthly bookkeeping, annual financial statements, and management accounts kept accurate and ready.
Reliable accounts begin with records kept in order month after month. The office provides bookkeeping in Lebanon for companies and individuals — maintaining the ledgers, closing each financial year, and producing management accounts that give owners a clear view of the business. It suits clients who prefer their books handled by an accounting firm in Beirut rather than in-house.
The work follows the rhythm of the business. Each month the office records transactions, reconciles balances and keeps the ledgers current; at year end it closes the books and prepares the year-end statements, including the balance sheet. For new engagements, a chart of accounts is set up to match the activity, while management accounts and periodic financial reports give owners a dependable basis for decisions during the year.
Well-kept books are the foundation of every declaration a business files, whatever its legal form — from individuals to companies entered in the Commercial Registry. The figures reported to the Ministry of Finance and the NSSF (National Social Security Fund) rest on what the ledgers record, and the office, which has served individuals and companies across Lebanon since 2005, acts as your intermediary with these authorities. Accounting records and supporting documents are retained for 10 years, so files are organised from the outset with that obligation in mind.
You receive books that stay current, the annual financial statements, and management accounts and financial reports prepared in Arabic or English as needed, with accounting consultation available when a matter needs discussion before a decision. To begin, message the office on WhatsApp or through the contact page; hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00, and Saturday, 8:00 to 14:00. Existing clients follow their documents, requests and deadlines through the client portal.
